Information we collect

Drivers may provide contact information, location, licensing and endorsement information, work experience, job preferences, availability, and other information they choose to submit. Contractors may provide company, business contact, location, service, hiring, compensation, and recruiting information.

How we use information

We use submitted information to operate RouteConnect, maintain contractor listings, review or verify directory information, respond to inquiries, and help connect drivers with relevant contractor opportunities.

Driver information sharing

When a driver gives permission in the Driver Network form, RouteConnect may share that driver's submitted profile and contact information with participating transportation contractors that may have relevant opportunities. Submission does not guarantee contact, an interview, or employment.

Contractor information

Some contractor directory information may be displayed publicly. Public listings may also include information gathered from publicly available sources. We do not intentionally publish private personal contact information unless it is provided or authorized for business/recruiting use.

Service providers and linked services

RouteConnect currently uses third-party services to host the website and collect form responses. Information submitted through a third-party form is also handled according to that provider's applicable terms and privacy practices.

Data accuracy and choices

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as RouteConnect grows or our services change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
